Theory has its place. We use it where it's useful and leave it where it's not. We work with individuals one-on-one — closely, deliberately — to help them do the one thing that actually matters: execute.

Clarity

Strip everything back. Define exactly what you're building, who it's for, and why it matters. No jargon, no pitch deck polish — just a ruthlessly clear problem and a person who owns it.

Week 02

Product

Now you know the problem — what does the solution actually look like? This week you explore what your product, service, or offer needs to be. What are the requirements to get it into someone's hands? What can you leverage — including AI — to move faster? Not everything matters equally. You figure out what to build first and what to leave for later.

Week 03

Build

Turn your idea into something tangible. This isn't about showing the world — it's about proving to yourself that it can exist. A working process, a physical thing, a defined service. Something you can hold up and say: this is real.

Week 04

Distribution

You can have the best product in the world — it means nothing if no one ever sees it. This week is about finding the channels that put your offer in front of the right people, and figuring out how it gets delivered. Distribution isn't an afterthought. It's the difference between something that exists and something that sells.

Week 05

Validate

Now you take it outside. On your terms, at your pace — but you make contact with the real world. A conversation, a pitch, a response to something you've put out. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to start hearing what real people think.

Week 06

Launch Ready

You don't need everything to be perfect to start. This week you build your launch plan — channels, messaging, first actions — so that when you walk away, you know exactly what to do next and nothing is standing in your way.
