The Accelerator
Every engagement follows the same structure — adapted to where you are and what you're building.
Week 01

Now you know the problem — what does the solution actually look like? This week you explore what your product, service, or offer needs to be. What are the requirements to get it into someone's hands? What can you leverage — including AI — to move faster? You figure out what to build first and what to leave for later.
Week 03
This is where it gets real. No more frameworks — you're building. Whether it's a landing page, a prototype, a service package, or a product — it starts taking shape this week. Expect focused sessions and fast decisions.
Week 04
You can have the best product in the world — it means nothing if no one ever sees it. This week is about finding the channels that put your offer in front of the right people, and figuring out how it gets delivered.
Week 05
Now you put it in front of real people. This week is about testing assumptions — does the message land? Does the product work? What do real users think? You collect feedback, adjust fast, and start to see what's working.
Week 06
Final week. Everything gets tightened. Systems, processes, launch plan. You walk out of Arena ready to go, not still planning. The goal isn't perfection. It's momentum.
